4. Health Information & HIPAA

While we are not a medical provider and therefore not bound by HIPAA as a “covered entity,” we voluntarily uphold similar confidentiality standards when handling any health-related information.

If you choose to sign a Release of Information (ROI), we may receive limited details (such as appointment attendance or billing info) from your mental health provider to coordinate payment. This information is kept strictly confidential.

  • Ask us to update or correct your information

  • Withdraw consent at any time (note: this may impact your sponsorship)

  • Opt out of general communication or newsletters
